1. WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

2. HOW SAFE IS MY PURCHASE?

Your information is SSL-encrypted and transmitted directly to a credit card company's network, where the card and a transaction are authorized and nothing. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
3. ARE THERE FEES PAYABLE DUE TO YOUR FACTORIES BEING ABROAD?
No. You do not charge any extra fees.
4. IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS, CAN I?

5. EVEN WITH THE ORDER SENT, CAN I CHANGE?
Please be aware that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address to your current address for a next order.
6. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP? AND HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Delivery time is based on the shipping option you have chosen. After the order is shipped, we will send your tracking number and tracking website by email (the one you registered with the order). The order processing and shipping period will be from 1 to 7 working days, at the end of this period the tracking code will be sent to your email address provided in the registration for real-time monitoring. We are not responsible for certain delays caused by the Post Office.
7. WHAT DO I DO IF ANY ARTICLE IS MISSING IN MY ORDER?
If something is still missing, contact us immediately.
